This is a Python package for water chemistry analysis, with a focus on common calculations in carbonate settings. The code currently includes capabilities for calculating equilibrium chemistry with respect to calcite as well as calcite dissolution rates according to the PWP Equation or Palmer Equation. There is a submodule that enables automated downloading of USGS water quality and discharge data, as well as processing this data through PHREEQC. A second submodule includes scripts for importing and processing data from common data logger file formats.
